Who is responsible for your data

23HARMONY TECH, S.L., Carrer Jaume II 1, 3A, 46701 Gandía (Valencia), Spain, CIF CIF pending. Contact for data protection: privacy contact email pending.

What data we hold

  • Account: name, email, language, role (client or professional), when you accepted the terms.
  • Clients: property address and postcode, whether you live there, job descriptions and photos.
  • Professionals: business name, NIF/NIE/CIF, mobile phone, trades, base postcode and work area, rates, photos of past work, licence documents, payout status.
  • Activity: offers, bookings, quotes, messages and their translations, done photos, reviews, reported problems.
  • Payments: amounts and status. Card details and bank details are handled by Stripe; we never see them.
  • Technical: login session cookies and, if you turn them on, browser notification subscriptions.

Why we use it (legal basis)

  • To provide the service you signed up for (contract): accounts, matching, offers, bookings, payments, chat, translations, notifications.
  • To meet legal obligations: accounting, tax and, where applicable, reporting of professionals' income (DAC7). Legal review: DAC7 applicability
  • Our legitimate interest in keeping the platform safe: preventing fraud, resolving disputes, keeping contact on the platform.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

  • Supabase (database, login, file storage) — servers in the EU (Ireland).
  • Vercel (website hosting).
  • Stripe (payments and payouts to professionals).
  • Resend (sending emails).
  • Anthropic (AI that writes job cards and translates messages; your texts are sent to it only for that purpose).

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU; when they do, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework). Legal review: confirm each provider's transfer mechanism and data-processing agreements

Who else sees it

The professional you book sees your first name and, once the booking is paid, the property address. Clients never see a professional's phone number or NIF. Admins of Alcara Home can see all data to run the service and resolve problems.

How long we keep it

  • Account data: while your account is open, and up to retention period pending after it is closed.
  • Payment and invoicing records: as long as Spanish tax and commercial law require (generally 6 years).
  • Messages and photos of a job: up to retention period pending after the job ends, for disputes and chargebacks.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to privacy contact email pending. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
